1. What is your minimum order?
$100.

2. Do you drop ship?
we do not drop ship.

3. what shipping companies do you use?
we use USPS and UPS

4. How much is shipping?
Shipping rates come from the size, weight, and where the package is being shipped. so each order is different but we do our best to ship the cheapest way to help save you money.

5. when will my order ship?
We ship all orders within 24hrs. Holidays and weekends excluded.

6. Where can i find my updated invoice?
we went paperless 3 years ago. to view or print your updated invoice go to my account, than review orders/track a package. from there you can click on an order and view or print it whenever and wherever you want.

7. Will I get a tracking number when my order is shipped?
yes you will get a tracking number emailed to you when your order is shipped. you can also follow the instructions above for (where can I find my updated invoices) to view tracking numbers.
